THE PRODUCT

The dashboard your on-call engineer actually opens

A short look at PulseGuard during a real night: an incident opens, the right person is paged in seconds, and the status page updates itself.

FOUR MODULES · ONE SUBSCRIPTION

Uptime checks, alerts, logs, status pages

Built for developers who would rather sleep than refresh. Everything works together under one billing, with no per-seat surprises.

UPTIME

Checks every 30 seconds

Sites and API endpoints from 12 regions, with keyword and status assertions, SSL and domain expiry watch.

ALERTS

The right person, in seconds

SMS, call, Slack, e-mail. On-call rotations and escalation chains that do not miss or double-page.

LOGS

Your servers' black box

Collected in one place, correlated with incidents, so the 3 a.m. question "what broke" has an answer.

STATUS

A page customers check

status.yourcompany.com on your own domain, updated automatically, instead of 47 tickets in the queue.

STEP 03

The right person is paged

SMS, call or Slack to whoever is on-call, with escalation if nobody acknowledges in time.

FAQ

Questions engineers ask first

How fast will I know my site is down?

Checks run every 30 seconds. A failure is confirmed from a second region within seconds, and the alert goes out immediately after confirmation. In practice: under a minute from failure to a message on your phone.

Do you avoid false alarms?

Yes. No alert is sent on a single failed check. Every failure is re-checked and confirmed from a different region first, so a network hiccup between one probe and your server never wakes anyone up.

Which regions do you check from?

Twelve locations across Europe, North and South America, and Asia-Pacific, including Frankfurt, London, Virginia, São Paulo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney. You choose which regions matter for each monitor.

Can my customers see a status page?

Every plan includes a public status page, hosted at your own domain on Team and above. It updates automatically when incidents open and resolve, so your support inbox stays quiet.

What does early access mean?

PulseGuard is onboarding teams in small batches. Leave your work e-mail, and we will invite you as capacity opens. Early access members keep their launch price for 12 months after general availability.

Tonight, someone should be watching.

Join the early access list. It takes ten seconds, which is one alert's worth of time.
